It’s TTRPG Pickup Con, in a castle!
Expect hands-on fun, supportive staff, and a mix of structured activities and open play. This is a space where campers can move, make, imagine, and grow.

Enjoy every bit of TTRPG Pickup Con in a Castle. From Friday afternoon to Sunday early evening, you have access to it all. This includes bunk style housing on site and six meals served in the Brubaker Center.
Meal Schedule

All meals will be served in the Brubaker Center, near the site entrance. Enjoy a lovely walk from the main con spaces to the dining hall.

Hands-on time to explore the daily theme—whether it’s art, building, storytelling, or movement.

For 2 hours, con staff will be available to help get you out of the accommodations and to the Brubaker Center. After this time, we will be cleaning the con spaces. If you need help departing later in the day, please advise con staff by midday Saturday.
Organized Gaming Schedule

This three-hour block will primarily be for taster sessions and playtests.

During this period, we will offer longer sessions alongside taster sessions and TTRPG Speed Dating.

Friday evening sessions will be held in the dining room, guard room, and library of the Castle

Evening sessions on Friday night will be held in the library, guard room, and armory.

Play a special, VIP session in the castle’s secret chapel with a master DM. This is a separately ticketed event.

Sunday sessions will be held in the lower level of the Castle in deference to those sleeping off the night before.

Open gaming will be hosted in the Great Hall on Friday.

Saturday open gaming will be hosted in the Great hall until 4PM.

To make space for musical performances, open gaming will move from the Great Hall to the dining hall in the Brubaker Center.

Open gaming will return to the Great Hall for Sunday, starting at 10 am.
Performance Schedule

Enjoy some incredible instrumental music while breakfast is served in the Brubaker Center.

Join our musicians in a hangout and jam session in the guard room. This will be a casual opportunity to enjoy the presence of our talented performers and enjoy a little break from the gaming halls.

Musical performances will be held in the great hall and pavilion, weather permitting.
Where to Find Us
Shuttle transportation is available to and from camp. Participants can be picked up near the York Street Subway Station on the F subway line. Subway access to the F, G, A, C, 2, 3 and B67.
