Clifton Bay connects Halcyon City to the wide ocean and has been the focus of community life in the region since the first peoples built their village here. It is now home to the statue of the Triumvirate, a celebrated symbol of protection. Not many people know that it was originally called “The Statue of Liberation”, sculpted by Marlene Framble. The statue’s three faces looked out with steely (bronze, actually) determination over the city's weak and endangered people. It inspired the birth of the Alliance of Super Saviors and attracted the attention of Lady Indomitable’s people from across the stars. That was a long time ago.
