The Painted Shores, is a small resort town for artists and vacationers, nestled between the sea shore and sand dunes in a dazzling array of colors. This summer they've been losing goats from their herd all season to an unknown cryptid. When one of the shepherds goes missing as well, they hire a group of adventurers to put a stop to it.

You'll play as members of an adventuring guild: The Red Hand Adventurer's League, who are tasked with solving this mystery and putting a stop to the strange creature.

• This game will be great if you like sandbox-style gaming with light-rails and an emphasis on player choice.

• Players should build level 5 characters ahead.

  • Use point-buy or standard array for stat generation.

  • Any officially published content for classes, feats, ancestries, etc. is fine. Permanent flying features excluded.

  • Please make a character who is working as an adventurer for hire and has taken this job from the Red Hand Adventuring Guild.

  • Assume that as adventurers you’ve been able to purchase any armor, standard weapon, or standard adventuring equipment worth no more than 150gp a piece.

  • For spellcasters: assume that you have the material components needed to cast the spells you’ve chosen. If the component costs more than 50 gold, assume that you have enough material to cast it once.
