"In a lonely glade stands the abandoned tower of a once-legendary wizard. They say he kept great wealth and magical wonders hidden inside, but he vanished long ago, and with him went the secret location of his treasure. Is there something to these rumors, or is the tower merely the sad legacy of a dead wizard? You've been outfitted by the eccentric Earl Grey, who wants escorting while he tries out a key his last expedition found.
BERGUMMO'S TOWER is a classic puzzle dungeon written for low-level OSRIC. We'll instead use my lighter SMITHY OF SACRILEGE ── a minimalist ruleset for classic adventure play, and it's last official run-out!
Characters will be made at the beginning of the session. No experience necessary.
This game will be great if you like lateral thinking and wizard-logic.

"Come find out what happens when a handful of nerds get together to fill in the blanks of a one-shot template. In this one-shot of Daggerheart using the [insert frame name here] campaign frame, our adventurers will...do an adventure, misadventure, or possibly get up to shenanigans. Perhaps even all of the above! Who is to say? Whatever it is will be determined by collaborative storytelling that just happens to have the side benefit of outsourcing GM responsibility and labor while also providing players more agency and buy-in. Everyone wins! Huzzah!
So...will it be spooky? Epic? Whimsical? Will the party embark on a quest to find a McGuffin to solve some problem? Will they have to thwart some evil by defending their home? Open a bakery? I guess we'll have to see."
This game will be great if you like collaborative worldbuilding and shared narrative control, Mad Libs, and/or flying by the seat of your pants

The Painted Shores, is a small resort town for artists and vacationers, nestled between the sea shore and sand dunes in a dazzling array of colors. This summer they've been losing goats from their herd all season to an unknown cryptid. When one of the shepherds goes missing as well, they hire a group of adventurers to put a stop to it.
You'll play as members of an adventuring guild: The Red Hand Adventurer's League, who are tasked with solving this mystery and putting a stop to the strange creature.
This game will be great if you like sandbox-style gaming with light-rails and an emphasis on player choice.
Players should build level 5 characters ahead.
Use point-buy or standard array for stat generation.
Any officially published content for classes, feats, ancestries, etc. is fine. Permanent flying features excluded.
Please make a character who is working as an adventurer for hire and has taken this job from the Red Hand Adventuring Guild.
Assume that as adventurers you’ve been able to purchase any armor, standard weapon, or standard adventuring equipment worth no more than 150gp a piece.
For spellcasters: assume that you have the material components needed to cast the spells you’ve chosen. If the component costs more than 50 gold, assume that you have enough material to cast it once.

The greatest superheroes of Halcyon City (who are not yet old enough to drink legally) have been called to the aid of the Halcyon General Children’s Hospital. The Sinister Society has conspired to have all of their members attack the hospital on the same day in waves, thinking that they will exhaust the city’s heroes and win the day. They have no idea the lengths to which Halcyon’s heroes will go.
We’re raising money for Extra Life! It’s traditional to do a gaming marathon to raise money for this cause, and I am an absolute stickler for arbitrary traditions. So, for 12.5 hours. I will be running masks with villain after villain facing off against our heroes. Each group of four will have their episode followed by a brief overlap of time in the clubhouse where they can talk strategy with the next group.
Players should create characters ahead of the game.
