In a garden, once used as a holy site by members of the Order of the Green Mice, sits a pond and a large apple tree, as well as a dark secret. From the depths of the pond, a catfish has seduced a wizened mouse mage into doing his dark bidding. High atop his tower in the apple tree, the Flood Priest uses magic from the deep to flood all of the garden and turn it into the realm of the catfish. Strange creatures have emerged from the water and the mice of Terra-Potta are fleeing the garden in droves. Rumors have been stirring that the end is near, and all will soon become the Flood Priest's Garden. You are among the few who refuse to flee. There must be a way for the catfish to be taken down or the flood priest to be stopped, perhaps after making proper alliances. Whatever you do, do it soon before the flood consumes all.

It stands in the garden of an abandoned human-made shack. It was blackened by magic and radiating strange energy—the cursed sunflower calls to all who come near.

First, Queen Esurit and her court of bees smelled the irresistible pollen. They built their hive of black and sticky nectar and were forever cursed.

Next, a foul-tempered skunk named Shig came for the sunflower seeds. She jealously guards the patch against mouse and bee alike — and has the scars to prove it.

Last, the mice came — brethren of the Cult of Sugar. They believe that the honey of the cursed bees will be able to appease their god, the Sweet Tooth.

It stands in the garden of an abandoned human-made shack. It was blackened by magic and radiating strange energy—the cursed sunflower calls to all who come near.

First, Queen Esurit and her court of bees smelled the irresistible pollen. They built their hive of black and sticky nectar and were forever cursed.

Next, a foul-tempered skunk named Shig came for the sunflower seeds. She jealously guards the patch against mouse and bee alike — and has the scars to prove it.

Last, the mice came — brethren of the Cult of Sugar. They believe that the honey of the cursed bees will be able to appease their god, the Sweet Tooth.

A childhood friend left your hometown to join the Cult of the Sugar. It's now up to the players to investigate. Is their friend lost forever, or can she be saved?

This game will be great if you like Redwall, The Rescuers, The Hobbit, Jack and the Beanstalk, Thumbelina, Over The Hedge, or OSR-style RPGs.

We will build level 1 characters in the session. Character creation is lightning quick and involves just a few random rolls. We'll do this together at the start of the session. If you've played Mausritter before and want to bring an existing character, contact me upfront to discuss.

The mice of Oaksgrove are worried about their friends and cousins in Stumpsville after the village’s usually reliable delivery of cheese failed to arrive on market day. A few brave adventurers (you, the players!) offer to travel to Stumpsville to figure out what happened. There is a whole town to explore with possible dangers lurking around every corner. Can they solve the mystery and make it home safely?
